Lucardi is a Level I researcher at the National Researchers System (SNI) of Mexico’s National Council of Science and Technology (CONAHCyT). He holds a BA in Political Science from the Universidad de San Andrés (Buenos Aires) and PhD in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.

He has published peer-reviewed articles on authoritarian elections, political careers in Latin America, and the causal effects of electoral rules. He teaches classes on Public Choice and Advanced Political Methodology, and co-organizes the Research Seminar on Comparative Politics.

Professor of Political Science at ITAM since 1996. He has a PhD in Political Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, United States (1997), and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from ITAM (1991). He is a member of the National System of Researchers, level III. His areas of specialization are public opinion, political behavior, elections, comparative politics, and survey research methodologies.

Antonio Lloret has more than 10 years of work experience in the financial and commercial sector. He is a full-time research professor at ITAM within the Academic Division of Administration and Accounting and is part of the National System of Researchers (Level I) of CONACYT. He is part of the ITAM Center for Energy and Natural Resources where he actively participates in the dissemination, research and training in energy and sustainability issues.

Alberto Puppo is full-time Professor and Researcher (since 2012) a ITAM Law School. He is a member of the Mexican National System of Researchers (Level II). He holds a doctorate in Analytical Philosophy and General Theory of Law from the University of Milan, and the degree in Law from the University of Genova. Since 2018 he has been the editor-en-chief of the Journal Isonomía - Revista de teoría y filosofía del derecho, and since 2015 he has coordinated, with Raymundo Gama, the Seminar of Legal Philosophy García Máynez.

He obtained his B.A. (Philosophy) and his M.A. (History of Thought) at Universidad Panamericana. He obtained his PhD (Philosophy) at UNAM. He was a CONACYT national scholarship holder from 2012 to 2016 and was honored with a UC MEXUS-CONACYT postdoctoral fellowship to make a research stay at UCSD (2017). He is a member of the Red Iberoamericana Leibniz since 2013.

Professor José Rafael González Díaz studied Philosophy and Theology at Universidad Pontificia de México, where he learnt Latin and Greek, and taught Metaphysics, Theory of Knowledge and Patrology. He got his BA in Philosophy with a thesis dissertation about Emmanuel Mounier´s Personalism. Later he got an MA in Education from Centro Universitario México, and an MA in Human Rights from Universidad Iberoamericana, where he specialized in political participation and philosophy.

He is full-time professor at Departamento Académico de Estudios Generales. He has a Licentiate degree in Philosophy from Universidad Panamericana; Master in Philosophy from Universidad Anahuac del Sur and he is currently writing his dissertation in Philosophy to obtain the PhD from Universidad Anáhuac del Sur. He has studies in Economics from ITAM and studies in Theology from the Universidad Pontificia de México.

Bradly J. Condon (B.A., UBC), (LL.B., McGill), (LL.M., Calgary), (Ph.D., Bond) is the WTO Chair Professor and Founding Director of the Centre for International Economic Law. He has served as visiting professor of international economic law at the Permanent Mission of Mexico to the WTO in Geneva, the University of New South Wales in Australia, and the University of Victoria in Canada.

Shaun McRae is an Assistant Professor in the Centro de Investigación Económica and Department of Economics at ITAM. His fields of specialization are Energy and Environmental Economics and Industrial Organization. Shaun's research includes studies of electricity tariff and subsidy design in developing countries, the analysis of market performance in restructured electricity markets, the study of driving and gasoline purchase behavior, and the analysis of investments in pipeline infrastructure. He has a Ph.D. in economics from Stanford University.
